What Are Your Payment Options?
IROCIT.com accepts most major forms of payment including: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Cash App Pay, Google Pay, Amazon Pay, and Apple Pay.
Can Coupons Be Combined?
No. Only one coupon can be used at checkout. You can use other coupons you may have on a future purchase.
Do You Charge Sales Tax?
Sales tax will be charged wherever applicable.

Do You Ship to Military Addresses?
Yes.
Do You Ship To P.O. Boxes?
Unfortunately, IROCIT.com does not ship to P.O. boxes. All orders require a physical mailing address.
When Will My Order Arrive?
Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email and follow-up email with tracking details and expected delivery date. During non-peak / non-holiday times, most items arrive within 7-10 days of ordering. Orders placed during peak / holiday times may take longer and you will be notified of the exact delivery time in your order confirmation email. You can check your order status by clicking on the status link in the email or by logging into your irocit.com account.
Can I Make Changes or Cancel My Order?
Once your order status has changed to “processing”, it cannot be changed or cancelled.
Exchanges & Returns For Defective Items
At IROCIT.com, every item is made to order, just for you. So when placing your order, please carefully review your order & shipping details carefully before submitting your order as ALL ITEMS ARE FINAL SALE.
IROCIT.com will provide a free replacement or a refund if you were sent the wrong product(s), or the products you received were damaged or defective. However, in cases where the customer entered incorrect order / shipping details, or the customer ordered the wrong size or color, IROCIT.com is not responsible and will not offer replacements or refunds.
If the item you received is defective or damaged, we will be happy to provide an exchange or refund for you. To process a return/exchange for a damaged or defective product, please contact customerservice@IROCIT.com and include your order number, name and email used on the order. Make sure to specify the concern: original product ordered as well as the actual product you received including the style/design, color and size. Please attach a picture of the product(s) showing the mishap. Example: showing the defect or problem.
All returns are subject to a review process and we reserve the right to limit or refuse any refund. Once your return has been approved, your refund will be processed within 7-10 business days. If there is a refund due, a credit will be issued in the original form of payment.
The credit may not show up until your credit card’s next monthly billing cycle. You will be notified via email to the email address listed on your order when the transaction has taken place. Please note that your banking institution may require additional days to process and post this transaction to your account once they have received the information from us.
What Happens If My Order Never Arrived?
If your order is lost or missing, please begin by contacting the shipping provider. If the issue cannot be resolved by the shipping provider, click here to contact us to initiate a lost package investigation. Please allow 7-14 business days for the investigation to complete and a resolution.
Oops- I Entered the Wrong Shipping Address!
We know, we all make mistakes sometimes. Unfortunately, IROCIT.com WILL NOT BE RESPONSIBLE for issues that result from the customer entering the wrong address. This includes lost, stolen, misplaced, or incorrectly delivered shipments. It is the customer’s responsibility to provide the correct shipping address information. If the address information provided is incorrect or incorrectly entered at the time of purchase those items will be replaced at the customer’s expense.
Undeliverable Packages
If your order is returned to our facility due to any address discrepancies with the shipping provider, we will contact you to try to obtain a correct address and make another attempt to ship the package. If a correct address cannot be verified or the package is returned a 2nd time, you will be completely refunded.
